In fact, we are proud to offer our no hassle, customer friendly return policy. Take a digital picture of the damaged or defective item and the damaged packaging and call us at 1-866-683-0711 or email us at support@framed-arts.com. Have your order number and shipping ID handy when you call, give a description of the damage, and we will take it from there. We will immediately send out a replacement order or refund your money. You will not be required to repackage and return the damaged item.
For prints, framed prints and dry mounted prints we offer a 30 day money back return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your print within 30 days and receive a free replacement or a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return the product in the original packaging and include your name, address, order number and tracking number. Indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund. We strongly recommend you return the item via a shipping method that provides tracking. Framed-Arts.com is not responsible for lost or damaged items in the return shipping. The 30 day return policy does not apply to professional organizations.
